The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environmental Sciences is the biggest research and educational institution at the Bialystok University of Technology in terms of students, fields of study, and employees numbers. It has full qualifications to teach in a multi-cycle framework, in accordance with the Bologna system. It has habilitation rights in two disciplines: in Construction and Environmental Engineering, and three doctoral rights in the following disciplines: Construction, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Protection and Management.
The value of our scientific and educational work has been positively assessed institutionally and field of study-wise by the Polish Accreditation Committee.
We educate in nine fields of studies. In the fields with the longest traditions, such as Construction and Environmental Engineering, we educate at three levels: Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) and PhD level; on Landscape Architecture, Biotechnology, Spatial Economy, and Agricultural, Agri-Food and Forest Engineering at BSc and MSc levels, Construction and Construction Systems Engineering (CBSE).
