Recruitment for the BUT Research & Training CUP Course

The event will take place on 8–12 June 2026 at Bialystok University of Technology, as part of the ongoing development of international cooperation.

This interdisciplinary initiative is intended for individuals interested in conducting scientific research in the fields of natural resources, management, and qualitative studies, as well as in cross-disciplinary collaboration and participation in international academic initiatives.

Thanks to funding provided by the project implemented under the NAWA programme “Support for European Universities”, the following will be covered:

• travel costs for doctoral candidates from ACROSS Alliance partner universities to and from Poland,
• accommodation costs for scholarship holders during their stay in Białystok,
• a mobility scholarship.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents via the application form:

• a motivation letter (max. 1 page),
• a short description of the doctoral research topic (max. 1 page),
• confirmation of English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
• confirmation of doctoral candidate status at a university belonging to the ACROSS Alliance.

Application deadline: recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis until all available places are filled.
